WORK EXPERIENCE
Chef De Cuisine
Twenty-five years in the Catering Industry.
The Last Five years contracting out to businesses. BZW, Lloyds, Texaco and Shell.
Prior to that working in four and five star Hotels, on a Private Yacht and in various Restaurants in and around London.

1964 - 1969 Tidworth Down Secondary Modern (known now as Castle Down).

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
I was Co-founder, Trustee, Executive committee member and Treasurer of a Charity I initiate called WASP (Welling Alcohol Service Provision).
In 2002, I secured funding from the community fund (Lottery) of £41,578.
In 2003 The community fund provided a further £208,634 for three years.
In 2006 Tudor Trust awarded WASP £120,000 for three years.
The charity opened it's doors on 6 September 2002. The official opening took place on Tuesday 19 November 2002.
I did help with a group of youngsters called Greenwich Young Voices. I helped write their constitution and all policies. We used to meet every second Tuesday evening.
